Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you, your company, or organisation ("you") and Sussex-Image ("we", "us"). Your use of this website confirms your agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed herein.

All content featured and displayed on this website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographic images ("image") and layout, is owned by Sussex-Image or its contributing photographers and protected by trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights.

The commercial use or reproduction of any image or part image is strictly forbidden until a license agreement has been entered into.
Comping images may be used for internal layout purposes and proofing to end clients only.
Copyright of all images remain with the photographer.

Sussex-Image give no warranty of the existence of an image release.
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary rights, permissions or consents required for reproduction of the image have been obtained with regards to images depicting and not limited to persons, logos, trademarks, works of art, architecture.

Any image you license from us is subject to our License Agreement and these Terms and Conditions. By licensing an image you agree to pay the required fees displayed on our website. Payment is accepted by Paypal (including credit/debit card), Bank Transfer, cheque or Bankers Draft. Payment by 30 day invoice may be requested in writing and is offered at our discretion.

Cancellation policy - If an image is deemed unsuitable for use, a refund may be requested in writing within a 14 day period from purchase of the license agreement if the image has not been used in a reproduction or publication.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales whose courts are the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
